This is one of Springbank’s most recognizable parcels, located on Range Road 31 and Township Road 245 – kitty corner to Old Banff Coach Road before it intersects with the Trans Canada Highway. From the original quarter section of 160 acres, the owner graciously donated 5+ acres to the Mountain View Lutheran Church. Rocky View County took a piece as well for road widening agreements which left 150 Acres and a custom bungalow offered to market at $5,000,000.

It was a strategic process incorporating a number of marketing & sales elements and months of negotiation talks. We are delighted that we were able to assist both the Buyer and Seller in a fair and equitable deal.
