What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Realtor, but character traits are far more important that sales numbers. We want the right person, not just a warm body with a real estate licence like many teams. The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience
- Must hold a valid licence with RECA
- Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills – be comfortable on the phone or face to face.
- Must have sold at least 2 properties as an licensed agent
- Familiarity with Calgary and area
- Familiarity with the process of buying and selling real estate in Calgary
